dry skin?

The past weeks I've been dealing with really dry skin. Mostly on my face, around my eyes, but also the backs of my knees, my chest, and my back to a lesser degree.

I'm getting the impression it's a combination of allergies and very dry air.

Anyone have any suggestions for something I could/should put on it to be some relief? I've been putting Aveeno lotion on in occasionally, but I can't tell if its helping at all.

My husband uses Aveeno, as well as an OTC lotion/cream for eczema. I don't need it as much but do use Pond's dry skin cream on my face on occasion (avoiding the T-Zone area, as I have oily skin normally). Definitely put it on after a shower, before you dress, to lock in the moisture.
