Actually you are very likely to gain fat for a while, under T, especially if you're sedentary. You will develop your existing muscle mass but T won't magically turn your fat into muscles!
Almost all of the transboys I know in person gained (fat) weight when they started taking T and became quite the chubby even when they weren't. This is especially true as you start getting really hungry when you develop muscle mass, so it goes really bad if you don't eat properly. But as long as you exercise and, above all, keep a healthy diet in spite of the hunger, things should be alright. I personally didn't gain any fat, but that's because I can't put on weight in the first place (I burn everything!).
