testing waters?
Sep. 25th, 2011 07:39 pmI have a lot of sketches and art and stuff I could post. Literally early in 2011 I filled about three sketchbooks as I taught myself how to like drawing again. Mostly stuff like here, but some stuff I've done more recently, despite there being less of it as I've been busy with school, is getting really interesting.
I'm a little leery of asking this, but if I asked for donations to pay me an hourly rate to scan and post sketches, would anyone hypothetically be interested?
I'll have to figure out a rate for myself. I don't want to ask for a set amount per image, I did the art for my own enjoyment, but I'd love to share it. It's just that it tends to take a much lower priority than, say, homework, or making more art, or, gosh, relaxing. =/
I'm thinking it would become more imperative if I could treat it as a /job/. I have a few ideas for how I might handle it, but let me see if there's interest (or backlash!) at all, first.
