Busy like you wouldn't believe. My other class is intro to photography. I have a rented Nikon Coolpix p90 and I just learned how to drive it manually.
Current assignment is 'landscapes' but this is one of the photos I'm turning in. I love it.
I stopped in to a camera store today and now I'm really really wanting an SLR. The one from the school is a huge step up from the Casio Exilims I've carried around intermittently since 05, but I'm finding its limitations already, and it's pretty complicated to adjust shutter speed, aperture and focus manually. Also I have to take it in and re check it out from the Cage every 48 hours which is starting to get old quick. >__>
