food and workout data 6/6 - 6/12

Just want to start keeping better track of what I eat and do physically on a daily basis. I'll keep it behind a cut for those not interested.

(830a) english muffin with ikea-flavored jelly (lol)
1 mug (1.5-2 cups?) coffee with about a tablespoon of sugar and about 1/4 cup of coffee mate
maybe three glasses of water
1 mintzs blintzs [mmm tofutti crepe] (~12p)
bowlful of frozen/microwaved green beans with a little garlic salt (~1p?)
nachos- plate of tj's chips, three big spoonfuls of black refried beans, easy on the white cheddar, and medium amount of salsa (3p)
maybe three more glasses of water (workout goes here)
metamucil cinnamon spice wafers [fiber cookies!] (645p)
pasta (little less than half a box) w/olive oil, parmesan and
sauce (pound ground beef, 5 olives, 8oz chopped frozen peppers, 2/3 jar tj's organic vodka sauce) I ate a little less than half of it w/ my pasta. (830p)

workout 6/6
p90x plyometrics
got about 40 minutes in, skipping a couple exercises the second time they did them and adding in a couple extra breaks. I feel like I had more energy to do it than the few vids I tried before starting the t... I definitely got further into the vid, and it was an incredibly active one. I feel like I could have pushed myself to keep going, but I could feel my muscles starting to protest and I don't want to push too hard and hurt myself. Still, very good feeling workout today, eager to do more tomorrow. Train myself like a dog, ending on a good note ready for the next session. Kinda want to do something with my arms tomorrow, should try to do that at like 8 am.
Also not a huge addition to my workout stuff but there was the bike ride home from work, about 2 miles. With that hill I hate. =3
...later, same day. Wow I'm feeling that one in my feet, legs and lower back. I need to get better at landing lightly with that one, though I thought I was doing pretty good with that. My feet disagree with me. 0_o

930a- big bowl of peanut butter puffins with whole milk
coffee (1), glass or three water
4p- leftover pasta w/meat and peppers (about a cup)
7p- egg salad pita sammich, (~2eggs, celery, dijon, mayo), w/ spinach and tomato. 2 sm pieces of celery w peanut butter and dried cranberries, ~2/3c of green beans
2-3 glasses of water
12a metamucil wafer noms + more water
exercise
bike ride to work ~2mi w hillls
p90x "arms and shoulders"- I DID THE WHOLE DAMN THING AND I AM PROUD AND EXHAUSTED
I intend to edit this post with anything else relevant today (or maybe for the week?).
